ACCESSING WEB MAIL VIA OUTLOOK  2003

If this is your first time accessing the Outlook 2003 Webmail, please call the I.S. Helpdesk to have your IHHIOC network password reset.

1. OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER

2. IN THE ADDRESS LINE, TYPE:  webmail.ihhioc.com

3.  CLICK THE ‘YES’ BUTTON

ENTER NETWORK USER ID:       FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME                                                    For Example: (Bill.Smith)                                               Coastal Users Only: firstinitiallastname                                                    For Example: BSmith

ENTER PASSWORD:  Type your network logon password

4. CLICK  ‘LOG ON’ BUTTON.
